Show AN ORDINANCE Amending and Re-enacting Section 367 of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1910 Be It Ordained by iho Board of Commissioners Com-missioners of Ogden City, Utah. Section 1. That section 367 of the revised ordinances of Ogden City 1910, be amended and re-enacted as follows : 367. Paid Into Treasury. State-mom. State-mom. The head ot each department In which fees and money are paid or shall be collected shall, dally, except otherwise provided in the state law, deposit with the city treasurer all fees and moneys collected by Bald department during each day He shall also on or before the 5th day of each and every month prepare In duplicate a complete and itemized statement showing from what source all of such fees or moneys were derived de-rived during the preceding month and file one copy with the cltv treasurer and one .vlth the cltv auditor. O All nrrlln,.n,.., parts of ordinances in conflict herewith here-with are hereby repealed Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after the date of its publication.
