Show , NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the t Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention oi said Board to make the following described describ-ed improvements, to-wit. To repave Twenty-fifth street from the West side of Washington Avenue I to the West side of Wall Avenue, and I all Avenue trom the North side of I Twenty-fifth street to the South aide I ol TWentJ tourth street with either j asphalt or Utah rock asphalt pa;-ruent, pa;-ruent, with the necessary concrete ! loundatiou, together with all neces-t neces-t t-ary excavating and grading therefore 1 and to construct on either side of iiaid Twenty-fifth street and Wall Avenue concrete gutters ol standard form ind quality as now recognized In Ogden City, and to defray the whole 01 the cost thereof, estimated at $32,406.00, by a local assessment upon the lots j and pieces ol ground within the following fol-lowing described district, being the district hereby declared to be benefited benefit-ed :ind aflected by said improvements: improve-ments: A strip of land Fifty (50) feet wldc-abutting wldc-abutting on both sides of said Tweii-ty-fifth street, being parts of Lots 1 and 2. Block 25. Plat A' ; City Hall Square, Block 18, Plat 'A"; lots 1, 2, 3 4, and 5, Block 24. Plat "A"; lots 6 and 7, Block 19. Plat "A"; lots 1 and 2, Block 23, Plat "A"; lots 6. 7, 8, I' and 10 Block 20, Plat "A." Also a strip of land abutting on both sides of Wall Avenue, being parts of lots J, 3, 4, 0. and 6, Block 23, Plat "A"; lut 8. Block 2, Ogden Five Acr Plat "A." All protests and objections to car- lying out of said intention must be! presented in writing to the City Recorder Re-corder on or before the 4th day 01 August, 1913, at 10 o'clock a m.. that being the time set by the Board ol Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's office at the City Hall, Ogden, Utah By order of the Board of Commissioners Commis-sioners of Ogden City, Utah.
