Show HEAT WAVE IN THE EAST Kansas City. Mo.. Aug 9 Reports of suffering from heat and drought in Missouri. Kansas and Oklahoma reached here in great numbers today. to-day. Not only the farming districts, but cities and towns over the three states, and especially In Kansas, are harassed for want of water. Several towns are shipping in their water by freight.
