JUDGE JOS C RICH DEAD pioneer of utah and idaho succumbs to attack of pneumonia centerville Cent orvllle erville davis co oct 19 joseph C rich until recently a resident of bear lake county ida idabo jo departed this thin life at about 11 saturday day night october 17 1908 the th 0 immediate cause of death was an acute attack of pneumonia although he had been in poor health lor for several years judge rich was one of ue ae utah pion pioneers serA having entered the salt lako lake valley in 1817 lie he would have bave been CS 68 years yeara of age had he tved lived until january next ile he was wag the oldest eldest son of the late apostle charlea C rich and cloree red with his bis io nored fa during ills his lifetime in these valleys ile he accompanied his father in the san bernardino country california and later went with his fattier father ana assisted in the settlement of tae bear lake country where lip he continued to reside until about three weeks previous to hit his death when he removed with his wito and a pan of his family to Cent orrille where oey aey are just completing a now new residence near the farm owned ani and occupied by his father before the family went to the dear bear lake country
