convention placed the entire party in the hands of william H taft and his bis political followers ani dealt a staggering blow to the interests of senator foraker and dick by wiping orr off the state con central committee every man who was known to have any bias in their favor of the twenty ono one members of tho the now committee eleven were reelected re elected seven members constituted the foraker faction and all were dropped cropped the other three who were not reelected elected re wore were all for tatt taft and their retirement was caused by local conditi conditions alone ivory every member of the new committee commit teo is a tift taft man walter F brown of toledo was reelected chairman and malcolm karshner of columbus secretary of the committee the committee on permanent organization decided tonight to report in favor of attorney general wade H ellis for permanent chairman pictures of senator forker foraker ano and dick were hung in the convention hall and the platform which will be presented tomorrow has in it tonight a plank commending the ohio depre senta tives in congress without how ever mentioning any of them oy dy name at the same time another plank
