Show Copperfield Society Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Butterfield were the honor guests at a surprise party Friday evening. Social chat form the amusement of the evening. even-ing. Luncheon was served to the guests of honor, James and Bertha Butterfield Mr. and Mrs. H. McDonald, McDon-ald, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. McDonald, Fred Blackmore, Marie Blackmore, Lewis Zancin and Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Wilson. Mrs. Pat O'Maley and Mrs. Harry Steele of Heaston Heights were the luncheon guests of Mrs. Jackson Steele Friday. Mrs. Hattie Bezzant and Mr. and Mrs. Lemar Green, all of Lindon were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Al-fred Butterfield, Sunday. Mrs. George A. Martineau and Mrs. E. F. Bishop of Sandy, former resident of Copperfield, were renewing re-newing acquaintences in Copperfield Saturday evening. Mrs. A. 0. Mugfur entertained at cards Friday evening. Five Hundred Hun-dred was played nd refreshments served. There was a Mexican entertainment entertain-ment held at the Auditorium Friday evening. We extend a welcome to our new residents and an invitation to attend our Sunday Schools and social affairs af-fairs in this, their new home. At p'resent the Latter Day Saints are holding Sunday School at 10:30 a. m., Sunday, in the old Utah Copper Cop-per office building, opposite the Rex Hotel. A special effort is being made to have everyone attend. ' Mr. and Mrs. Heber Nichols were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. Fisher Sunday evening.
