Show BRUTALITY IN MEXICO American Says Country Is Seething Caldron of Outrages Kansas City, Aug, 15 Southern Mexico and the district along the border bor-der states are a seething caldron of violence, devastation and suffering, Including outrages, murders and destruction des-truction of property and the press accounts are much too mild, according accord-ing to J. S. Reddoch, for several years superintendent of the National Railways of Mexico, who arrived here from Mexico today.
