Show NEVADA UNITED IS DEFENDANT IN SUIT. The Nevada United Mine company and Lano Pearl, its superintendent, are defendants in an action filed last Saturday In the district court by Henry N. Byrne, administrator of the estate of James W. Hlxson, deceased, de-ceased, and John O. Hlxson, Mrs. Loretta J. Whitefiold, Mrs. S. R. Gilbert Gil-bert and S. R. Gilbert, heirs at law of tho said James W. Hixson. Suit is brought to enjoin and re-, shaft in carrying out its dovclopmont strain the defendadts from interfering with the plaintiffs ln the free and uninterrupted un-interrupted ubo of tho Pleiades mine and the ores thoreof; for a court or-de or-de permitting the plaintiffs to go upon tho land to make a Burvey of the surface sur-face and of the underground workings work-ings from which tho defendant company com-pany is alleged to havo extracted ire, and for permission to take samples from the underground worklngB.
