Thin will be done by the preferential plan, says Chairman Abels, and all the people affiliated with the new movement will be expected to exercise their own free will and choice as to the men and women who shall be placed on the ticket at the November election. Chairman Abels states that all aspirants as-pirants for nominations for the various va-rious offices will be required to make formal application to the central committee, com-mittee, the application to be accompanied accom-panied by the signature of at least 20 reputable Progressives No name will ; be presented to the people at the preferential primaries for nomination ( except with the endorsement of the required number of persons and that the application be made out In due form. Application blanks maj' be obtained ob-tained from the chairman of the cen-tral cen-tral committee. Every Progressive is eligible to nomination. A social function will be .given by the central committeo Thursday evening even-ing in the new Eagles' hall on Hudson avenue, when a banquet will bo given.
