H This sweeping otatoment was made tonight by Senator Joseph M. Dixon, Roosevelt's campaign manager, after a eevoral hours' conference with the colonel at Oyster Bay. Senator Dixon said: "After a survey of the west, whsre I have spent the last fortnight. I am prepared to say that there are only two presidential candidates who can be seriously considered Roosevelt and Wilson.
