Show AT PLAIN CITV 0NJULY 24 I ialn City Is making elaborate preparailons for a big celebration which Is to be held at that place Wednesday, July 24. The following progiam has been arranged for the entertainment of those who attond the celebration Sunrise Salute of guns and hoisting hoist-ing of colors. 8:30 a. m. Music by the Plain City band. 9 a. m. Grand parade. Floats will be made by the business houses to represent the following: George Washington. President Tnft. Indians In their primitive state. Cob punchers, Utah pioneers, broncho bron-cho busters and citizens. 10 a. m. Assembly at the meeting houBP. Marshal of the day, Lyman Skeon. Song by the choir Prayer by chaplain. Solo Geneva Lund Musical selection Evaline Christiansen. Chris-tiansen. Oration Hon. David Cook of Ogden. Og-den. Afternoon Exerciser. 2 p. ni,, on public square Children's Chil-dren's races, married ladies' races, fat ladies' race, girls' race, boys, relay, tug of war. Grand prizes will be given to all winners of races. Prizes will bo given to the oldest man and oldest woman on the grounds. Prlzos for the largest family and to the youngest baby.
