Show TO' CURB AND GUTTER ON BENCH r Commissioner J C Nye recommended recommend-ed to the city boaid last night that thirteen blocks of curb and gutter be constructed on tho bench Tho recommendation rec-ommendation was adoptee but it was reerred back to the commissioner that ho might file a resolution In connection con-nection with it The city attorney held that It would be good form loi the commissioners to regularly pass resolutions when paving, curbing and guttering and other Improvement districts dis-tricts are created. Commissioner Nyo will present a lcsolutlon at an early dale Following Is the territory that will be embraced In the proposed curb and gutter districts: Twcnt -first street, from Jefferson to Monroe. Madison avenue, from Twentieth to Twenty-fourth streets. Twenty-second street, from Jefferson Jeffer-son to Monroe. Twenty-third street, from Madison to Monroe. Twe'nty-slxth street, from Madison to Monroe. Another districlt of eighteen blocks, Including: Qulncy acnue, from Twentieth to Twenty-fourth street Jackson avenue, from Twenty-third to Twenty-sixth streets Van Buren avenue, from Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth to Twenty-sixth streets. Gnunniercy avenue, from Twentv-Mftli Twentv-Mftli to Twenty-sixth streets.
