The Board oi County Commissioners Commission-ers of the County of Weber, in the State of Utah, ordains as follows: Section 1. That the offices of the County Clerk and County Auditor in the County of Weber, in the State of Utah, be and the same are horeby consolidated and combined, a6 provided pro-vided urrder and by virtue of Section Sec-tion 542 of tho Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and the respective duties of the County Clork and County Auditor Au-ditor in Weber County, State of Utah, shall be performed by one person. Section 2. This ordinanco shall be in effect on and after the 1st day of January, A. D. 1913, said date being not less than three months after the passage thereof. Passed this 29th day of July, A.
