A State Democratic Convention will be held at Salt Lako theater, Salt Lake City, Utah, commencing at eleven elev-en o'clock a, m., on the 29th day of August, 1912, for the nomination of candidates for the following state oi-flces, oi-flces, to wit: Governor, Secretary of Stato, State Auditor State Troasurer, Attorney General, Superintendent of Public Instruction and two Congressmen Congress-men at larjrft and three nresldential electors. A Stato Democratic Committee Com-mittee will also be elected and such other business transacted as may properly prop-erly como before the convention. The convention, for which notice is hereby given, will consist of C52 delegates dele-gates at the ratio of one dolcgatc for every sixty-five votes, or major portion por-tion therof, cast for Hon Frank B. Stephens, Democratic candidate for presidential elector in 190S.
