Show TEDDY CHANGED HIS MIND TWICE. , An editor of a corporation paper weeps because Roosevelt said S years ago he would not take a third term (meaning three terms in succession) nomination for president, yet this same editor, while editing edit-ing the Inter-Mountain Republican in Salt Lake City, insisted that Roosevelt run the third time, and the Utah Republican slate convention conven-tion instructed its delegates to vote for Roosevelt for the third time in succession. Why has this editor changed his mind? the editor now says Roosevelt should not run. If this editor has a right to change his mind, has Colonel Roosevelt the right to change his mind, after 8 years reflection? What is the matter with some people's consistency? con-sistency?
