Collough of Midvale, arrived hero from Butte In the custody of Deputy Sheriff Otto Ot-to Whitbeck. yesterday morning and was arraigned on a complaint charging first degree murder before JuBtico J. J. Williams at Midvale yesterday yes-terday afternoon. He entered a plea ot not guilty.
