Show mm RICH Mayme Rich has commenced divorce di-vorce proceedings against Harley T. Rich on the grounds of cruelty and drunkenness. The complaint avers that the parties par-ties were married at Wells. Nevada, July 1, 1909, and that since that time the defendant has been in the ha'bi: of becoming intoxicated and acting in a cruel manner toward the plaintltf. Mrs Rich states that In April, 1911, Mr. Rich slapped her In the faco and caled her bad names, and that on July S of the same year he shot of a revolver at the homo and told her he would kill her if she left him. The plaintiff asks for divorce, partition par-tition of tho community property, costs of suit, reasonable alimony an attorney fees. Mrs. Rich also a3ks for an order restraining the defendant defend-ant from disposlug of any of the community com-munity property. There are no children. |
