Mr. Herrington of the company took the girls through tho dlfferent'kdepartments and explained ex-plained tho work in each The trip I was Interesting as well as beneficial. Attorney D. S. Cook gave an Interesting Inter-esting talk during the devotional perl- , od Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening the sophomore class gave a prhato dancing party and, during tho eening, refreshments wore served.' Judge X. J. Harris addressed the ' students Wednesday morning. Ills subject was the organization of our government and church and tho connection con-nection between them. His address was interesting and was appreciated by every student. The Junior class gave a dollghtful social party, Wednesday cen!ng which was very well attended. Games were played and refreshments wero , sened during the evening. The annual reception of the faculty to the students was given Friday night. The hull was nicely decorated In purple andjwhlte, the school' colors. Tho students turned out en masse and a pleasaut time was enjo3d by all. |
