Black, aged 43 years, a miner In the employ of the Last Chance mine at Bingham, died yesterday afternoon en route to Salt Lake on a Denver & Rio Grande train as a result of Injuries sustained Sunday morning In' tho mine. Black, with a number of other miners, min-ers, left the tunnel of the Last Chance after preparing a number of blasts. One of the holes missed firing and as Black returned, believing that all the holes had fired, the missed hole discharged. dis-charged. His eyesight was completely complete-ly destioyed and he was otherwise seriously injurd. He was removed to the Bingham hospital and given medical attention.
