Show New Mission Head Gov. Henry H. Blood, who completes com-pletes an eight-year double term as Utah's chief executive on ,Jan. 1, 1941, has been appointed to preside over the California Mission, Mis-sion, the appointment to take effect ef-fect immediately after Governor Blood leaves the Capitol. The appointment ap-pointment was announced by the First Presidency. Governor Blood who will sucoeed Pres. W. Aird Macdonald as the head of the California Mission, has always been an active church worker, and will resume a career of outstanding outstand-ing church leadership where he left off to devote his full energies to the direction of the state. |
