Show Vote Canvass Returns Given I Official canvass of Cache county's coun-ty's election returns Monday did not change the standings of any candidates but it did decrease J. Bracken Lee's margin over Governor Gover-nor Herbert B. Maw by 52 votes, County Clerk N. J. Crookston reported. re-ported. The canvass, conducted by Cache county commissioners, includes in-cludes all soldier and absentee ballots- Returns were listed as follows: Roosevelt, 6975, Dewey, 4920; for XJ. S. Senator, Thomas (D) 6855, Bennion (R) 5082; for Congressman, Con-gressman, (1st district) Granger (D) 6933, Stringham (R) 4974; Justice Jus-tice supreme court, 10-year term, Wolfe (D) 6836, McCrea (R) 5018; 7-year term Wade (D) 6739, Evans Ev-ans (R) 5121; Governor, Maw (D) 5589, Lee (R) 6274; Secretary of State, Monson (D) 7146, Collard (R) 4723; Attorney general, Giles (D) 7069, Kesler, (R) 4784; Treasurer, Treas-urer, Reese (DO 6991, Gee (R) 4863; Auditor, Adams (D) 6944; Preece (R) 4895; State Supt. of Public Instruction, Bateman (D) 7370, Farnsworth (R) 4561.
