"Too little consideration is given to individual difference. Children of certain ages and heights should attain a certain weight, people have been told, and therefore all our efforts have been directed toward that end-With end-With no consideration for a child's individual tendencies, parents par-ents have been told that only by increasing the amount of food can they bring their children up to standard weight.
