Show Home Economics Dean to Represent College at Meet Representing Utah State Agricultural Agri-cultural college at the National Nutrition Conference for Defense at Washington D. C. May 26. 27 and 23 will be Mrs. Christine B. Clayton, dean of the school of home economics, Dr. Elmer G. i Peterson, college president, announced. an-nounced. Director of the conference will be M. L. Wilson, national extension exten-sion service director and former undersecretary of the department j of agriculture. The meet will be ' attended by more than 700 American Am-erican specialises in nutrition, nursing, public health, medicine, social wcr!:, education, industry, j farming and "labor who will as-j sist in the formulati.1:! of a r..-.tion- ! ;'; r.u'.-.'i:ijn policy and a program i of action. Approximately 30 authorities au-thorities on the ration's nutrition problems will be in charge of the various sections, college officials -wore informed. I The following telegram has been sent by college officials to Paul V. McNutt, coordinator of health, welfare and related activities acti-vities of the federal agency: Dean Christine C. Clayton is officially delegated to represent this college col-lege at the national nutrition conference con-ference begining May 26, per your invitation. This college is greatly interested in a nutrition program under your direction and is anxious anx-ious to do all that is possible to aid in its development.
