Those included in-cluded were Mrs. Alice Stephens, Mrs. Frank Hillyard, Mrs. George Beutler, Mrs. J. W. Kirkbride, Mrs. Richard Toolson, Mrs. Martin Roskelley, Mrs. Lorin Low, Mrs. Robert Fulkerson, Mrs. Greaves, Mrs. Wallace Raymond, Mrs. Ethel Hooper and Mrs. C. W. Clark. Lunchean was served and the evening ev-ening spent playing and visiting. Sergeant Gene C. Clark of Camp Carson,' Colorado is on a short furlough visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Clark. Mrs. Joseph Sorenson of Salt Lake is a guest of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Leon-ard Sorenson. Mrs. Ethel Hooper of Ogden is a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Clark for a fe-"- days. Mr. -J Mrs. George Graham of Oakland, Calif., have moved to Smithfield to make their home. Edward Watson, state engineer of Salt Lake, was a guest of his j cousin, Mrs. Helen P. Toolson on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. David Thomas and family have moved to Salt Lake City where they will make their home. Mr. Thomas will be principal of the Murray high seminary sem-inary school. Visiting with . her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Pilkington, is Mrs. Nellie Messett of Salt Lake City Miss Lucille Winters and Brent Warner are guests of Mr. . and Mrs. Clifford Pilkington. Lloyd Barker, who is an aviation avia-tion student at Waco, Texas is visiting with his- parents, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Barker. Lloyd will return re-turn to go to a pre-flight school. Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Spence of McCammon, Idaho have purchased purchas-ed the home of J. N. Stephens Mr. Spence is the new manager of the Utah Power & Light company. com-pany. Walter Hansen, who has been overseas for the past year and a half, is convalescent at Bushnell hospital at Brigham City. Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Farr had as their guests Sunday, Dr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Morrell and daughters of Ogden. Mrs. Don Harwood and son of Salt Lake are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Harwood and family. fam-ily. I Mrs. Jay Knudson was a recent guest of Mr. and Mrs. George Weier and family of Salt Lakt. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Roskelley and daughter Katherine, Mrs. Harold Gutke and Miss Lois Gutke attended the Johnson reunion at the Girls camp in Logan canyon. Mrs. Ellen Hansen visited with her husband, Walter E. Hansen, who is at the Bushnell hospital, and friends, Wedesday and Thursday. Thurs-day. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Williams have received word from their son Jack, who reports he is in France and is feeling fine. Lieutenant Calder Lewis Smith who has been in the U. S. army air corps in New Guinea, is home on a 21-day furlough. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Calder Smith. - Mrs. Pearl Toolson of Clearfield has spent the last week visiting with Mrs. Helen P. Toolson. Mrs. Ray Richardson of Salt Lake City has been the guest of her sisters, Mrs. Oliver Nilson and Mrs. Nettie Erickson for the week-end. Private Ted Aston, of Camp Fallon, Texas, who is in the Infantry In-fantry in the U. S. army, is home on furlough. He is the son of Mrs. Cora Aston. Private Aston will go to Georgia after his furlough. fur-lough. Leon Welst is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Hogan at Bancroft Ban-croft for a month. Mrs. Rinda Chambers entertained enter-tained the members of her birthday birth-day club Monday at her home in honor of the birthday anniversary of Mrs. Thomas W. Jarvis.
