Show formed. The Daughters of Pioneers will' sponsor an old time pionerr dance Wednesday night, Nov. 27 at the' amusement hall of the stake tabernacle. tab-ernacle. Come d-rssed in old fashioned fash-ioned clothes. Prizes will be given for the best pioneer costumes. The proceeds will b used to pay for new shingles recently put on the pioneer hall. Funeral of Charles Anderson Funeral services were held Friday Fri-day at the South Ward chapel for Charles Anderson. The services were conducted by Coun. W. Fred Smith. Tire opening and closing songs were by the ward choir led by H. S. Webb with Erma Hicken accompanist. The speakers who eulogived the exemplary life of Mr. Anderson were Bishop Erastus Johnson, Bishop E. M. Hicken and J. Morris Mor-ris Godfrey. Closing remarks were made by Counselor W. Fred Smith who in behalf of the family thanked thank-ed all for any assistance rendered in their sad hour of trial. Special musical numbers were: solo, by Ada Johnson, accompanied accompan-ied by Dale Johnson on the violin and Mrs. Erma Hicken on the piano. pia-no. Vocal duet by Lena Smith an dNellie Bagley and a vocal duet by Florence and Rebecca Lewis. Prayers were by N. D. Merrill Mer-rill and H. F. Olson. Burial was in the Richmond cemetery where the grave was dedicated by Dal-ton Dal-ton Hunt. The beautiful floral offerings of-ferings were carried by grandchildren. grandchild-ren. F. G. RlGKSiiOHD SEWS RICHMOND A baby boy was born Tuesday morning to Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Small. It is the first child of the couple and the first grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hunsaker of Honeyville. Mr. Small and baby are at the Cooley hospital hos-pital in Brlgham City. Mrs. Minnie Andrus returned home Monday from Ogden where she has been visiting with her sister-in-law, Mrs. Caroline Hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Wilding of Springville, Utah, were Thanksgiving Thanks-giving day guests of Harvey Wilding Wild-ing and family. Mr. and Mrs. Marcell Baer of Providence are house guests of Mrs. Baer's father, Albert H. Cart-right. Cart-right.
