Morris Godfrey of Richmond was unanimous unani-mous choice of the membership for president of the Associated Civic Clubs of Nothern Utah, Friday, Fri-day, November 22. He succeeds Herbert N. Woods of Ogden. Also named at the annual election elec-tion and membership meeting in the Howard hotel were: Rex Backman of Ogden, first vice president; J. M. Gaddle of Garland, second yice president; H. J. Hatch of Logan, third vice president, and John W. Howard of Brigham City, treasurer. T. H. Humpherys of Salt Lake City, state engineer, discussing the proposed Green river-Bear river and the lower Weber irrigation irrig-ation projects was the principal speaker.
