The first of a series of blockades, block-ades, conducted late Monday on U S. 91 south of Provo, resulted in' 25 arrests for having no drivers' licenses. A total of 500 cars was stopped by the detail, which included in-cluded members of the Provo city police department and the highway high-way patrol under direction of Sergeant Ser-geant L. A.
