Show Funeral Services Held Wed. For Gilbert Rassmusen Impressive services were held Wednesday afternoon for Gilbert Rassmusen, who died Saturday March 1, 1941 at a Logan hospital, hos-pital, at the Third Ward Chapel under the direction of Bishop lDouglass Hooper. The ward choir sang two numbers under the direction dir-ection of Mrs. Emma Hansea with Mrs. C. Poulson at the organ. The speakers who paid tribute to Gilbert and the Rassmusen family were; Adrain V. Toolson, Ivan Geary of Franklin, Read Halverson, and Bishop Hooper. Special music was a vocal duet, In The Garden, by Mrs. Seth Godfrey ana amau xvecc I pained at the piano by Mrs. Ber-'tha Ber-'tha Mather. Prayers were offered 'bv Bishop Richard Roskelley, and 'Mayor L. V. Toolson. The pall hearers were R. H. Ellwood, Mar-'ion Mar-'ion Farrell.J. P. Kick, Frank P. 1-mmett. Jack Howard, and Alma Richards. i The large display of flowers 'were in charge of neighbors. ' The body was taken to Morgan, Utah for burial. |
