Christiansen, local forest range rider, spoke on range conditions. Floyd Noel of the game department talked on the j deer situation and told of the census in various section of the range. Everet Doman, who has -charge of the feeding experiments at the North Logan experiment station, told of the feeding experiments carried on there with deer. Deer and ducks were discussed by Dr. D. I. Rasmussen. He said that Utah leads in the number of migratory birds. There are a number of places where the number num-ber of ducks are unequalled anywhere any-where in the United States. The association members present at the canyon function went on record as being opposed to the state transferring fish' and game money to the state general fund. |
