Noble yr. pre:--ided at a trousseau tea al Her honu in Smithfield on Wednesday, April Ap-ril 24th in compliment to hei daughter, Bessie. Mrs. Noble was assisted in receiving re-ceiving the guests by Mrs. E. Roy Erickson, Mrs. Lorin Noble Mr. Ray Janes and Mrs. LeRo Sorenson, Mrs. William Erickson and Miss Bessie Noble. The Misses Doris and Alice Noble presided in tno -crousseau room. Mrs. Sheldon iiereson and Mrs. Marlow Woodward were in charge ot the gilt room. Mrs. Ira E. Noble Jr. and Mrs. Melvin Noble were in charge of the serving table. They were assisted as-sisted by the Misses Koma Erickson, Erick-son, Ruth, Ericuson and Gladys Noble. . The tea table was artistically decorated with a variety of sweet peas and pink tapers is crystal bowl and holders. The table was adorned with a satin banquet cloth. During tea hours, two hundred friends called, and were entertained enter-tained by mrsical selections which were rendered for the oc- j casion, ' ... .. ., I Mrs. Rozella Barket entertained entertain-ed members of the Litera-Lure Club today. Mrs. Inez Roskellr reviewed the book "What A Life" by Clifford Goldsmith. Refreshments Refresh-ments were served by the hostess. Thirteen members were present. |
