England Eng-land from Salt Lake City and hope we may have the pleasure of reading more letters from him. Wednesday, the Primary officers spent the afternoon visiting Mrs. Ben Thompson, who is confined to her home by illness. A social afternoon was enjoyed and lunch served to 14. , Mrs. Thompson is a member of the Primary presidency. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Atkinson, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Goodey, were supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Thompson on Friday Fri-day evening. Mrs. Ruby Godfrey entertained the members of her club at her home on Thursday. Games were played and lunch served to 11 members. On Saturday evening a House-warming House-warming was held in the beautiful beauti-ful new home of Mr. and Mrs. James Clark. A no-host supper was served to 20 friends and a delightful delight-ful evening enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. David Archibald entertained the following guests at supper on Tuesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Buttars, Mr. and Msr. Eldridge Archibald, Miss Barber Bar-ber Jardine and Ervin Archibald. Clark and Blaine Athy of Twin Falls, Idaho, is visiting his grandmother grand-mother Mrs. Sarah H. Clark. The Martin Harris camp of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers met at the home of Mrs. Maybell Griffiths Grif-fiths on Thursday. I The Merry-Go-Round club met I at the home of Mrs. Clara Rav-sten Rav-sten on Friday. Games were play-I play-I ed and luncheon served. ' j L. P. IPeterson and daughter Cleora spent the week end visiting visit-ing in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur McCalley of Los Angeles, Mr. and Mrs. Wil1-lis Wil1-lis Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Goodey spent Saturday evening with Peter S. Barson. Mrs. Annie W. Thompson entertained en-tertained the following ladies at a quilting on Thursday: Mrs. Mary Williams of Malad, Mrs. Lucy A. Jenson, . Mrs. Ragna Clark, Mrs. Mary B. Thompson and Mrs. Rose L. Buttars. Mr. and Mrs. Rudgar Barson entertained a group of friends on Sunday evening. |
