Show 0EMEVE FAR to be immm Wedding plans of Miss Genevieve Gene-vieve Farr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Bramley Farr of this city, and Ivan C. Taylor of Burbank, California, son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Taylor of Aurora, Au-rora, Utah, were revealed at an attractive announcement party Thursday night at the Farr home. A lovely fan was presented to each of the 20 close friends attending, at-tending, announcing the wedding date as October 1. The marriage will take place in the Salt Lake LDS temple, with the ceremony performed by President David O. McKay, uncle of tlhe bride-to-be A reception honoring the couple will be held that evening at the Farr home in Smithfield. At the announce ment party the serving table was covered with a white Madeira cloth and was dectated with white gjadoll. Both Miss Farr and Mr. Taylor Tay-lor have attended Utah State Agricultural Ag-ricultural college, where they were both members of Lambda Dlta Sigma, religious organization, and she became affiliated with Kappa Delta sorority. After their marriage, they will make their home in Burbank. |
