Show Funeral Services Held For Larry Ross Moe (Funeral services for Larry Ross Moe, infant son of Mrs. Leah Hale Moe, were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Weeks on Wednesday, Wednes-day, September 23 at 2 p.m. un-I un-I der the diree.lon of Bishop Wil-I Wil-I lard A. Hansen of the Second I ward. Prayer was offered by William A. Petty. Speakers were James Thornley and A. Reed Hal-verson, Hal-verson, who i aid tribute to the wonderful character of the mother and spoke words of consolation to the family. Vocal solo, "A Little Fink Rose" by Mrs. LaVeda Griffiths, Grif-fiths, and "I Think When I Real That Sweet Story of Old," by Mrs. Mable Godfrey, both accompanied accom-panied by Mrs. Salome Hansen. Mrs. Hansen also played a piano selection. The chorus under the dierction of Mrs. R. H. Richardson, Richard-son, sang "Sometime We'll Understand', Under-stand', also "Nearer My Savior to Thee," under direction of Lu-ana Lu-ana Halverson. Mrs. Ila McFarl-and McFarl-and accompanied the chorus. Closing remarks were by Bishop Willard A. Hansen, and benediction benedic-tion was offered by Frank Hale of Logan. Dedication of the grave was by A. D. Weeks. Larry Ross Moe was born at Richfield, September 20 and died i the following day. His mother I was formerly Miss Leah Hale of this city, and his grand-mother, I Mrs. Mary A. Hale. Interment j was in the Smithfield cemetery. |
