Show Recreation Features at Summer School To augment features of the 1941 Utah Slate Agricultural college summer session which opened I Monday numerous recreational and !pnt.prt.aiimpnt number have been arranged, announcement was made Friday by college summer session ses-sion officials. Of special interest to the students stu-dents will be the appearance of Paul Flemming, noted magician, who proved very popular at the jollege summer session three years ago, the sssion heads indicated. Flemming is the prophetic name of the magician whose full name is Dr. Paul F. Gemmill, professor of economics at the University of Pennsylvania and author of many texts in this field. He has appeared all over the country including before be-fore White House audiences. Other special entertainers planned are Irving Wasserman, prominent Logan pianist; a string ensemble including Charles J. Steen, acting head of the instrumental instru-mental music department at the college, William Douglas of Wellsville Wells-ville and others; Annette Richardson Rich-ardson Dinwoodey and Virgina Ba- I ker of Salt Lake City, who will furnish a vocal program; Edward Steuereman, famed polish pianist I now in the United States, and ad- titional numbers which will be j arranged later. |
