'Hopers have been bringing injury to corn at Salina, young alfalfa at Oak City, alfalfa al-falfa and barley at Kaysville, Hol-den Hol-den and Levan, Dr. Knowlton in- dicated. Meanwhile cricket control has been going on regularly where weather has permitetd, acord-ing acord-ing to the report of H. F. thorn-ley, thorn-ley, federal control leader, who points out that large numbers are being destroyed by application of sodium Fluosilicate bran. Migration Mi-gration of cricket bands are taking tak-ing place, and control is directed first at destroying the bands marching in the dirc3tion of farm crop lands, Dr. Knowlton explained. |
