Applicants must have completed a four-year college col-lege course with major study in landscape architecture, engineering, engineer-ing, or design. Applications must be mea not later la-ter than June 26, 1941, To fill the needs in various Government agencies for nurses for hospital and public health nur-ing, nur-ing, medical technicians, and lab-ratory lab-ratory workers, two new examinations examina-tions in these fields and a revised re-vised type of exarnination for junior graduate nurse have been announced .They are : Public health nursing consultant, consult-ant, $2,600 and $3,200 a year. Completion of a four-year college course including or suppiKmciiLcu by at least one year of study in Public Health Nursing, graduation grad-uation from a naccredited school of nursing, and experience as public pub-lic health nursing supervisor are required. The closing date is July Ju-ly 20, 1941. Medical technician, $1,620 to $2,000 a year; junior laboratory helper, $1,440 a year. The optional subjects axe general and roentgenology roent-genology and in addition for some of the positions, surgery. Applicants Ap-plicants must have completed at least 14 units of high-school study, unless they pass a written general test. Apropiate laboratory, clinical or operating room experience is required. Junior graduate nurse, Veterans' Veter-ans' Administration, Public Health Serivce, and Indian Field Service, $1,620 a year. Applicants are no longer required to take a written test, and the vision requirement has been modified. Applications will be rated as received re-ceived until further notice. Applications for the positions of card-punch operators and tabulating tab-ulating machine operators listed below will be rated as received until further notice. Applicants must have had at least 'XiCtlfcl months of paid experience in the operation of card-punch machines, or a training train-ing course which included 60 hours in atual operation of card-punch machines. Tabulating machine operator; alphabetical al-phabetical tabulating machine operator; op-erator; alphabetic tabulating machine ma-chine operator; $1,250 to $1,440 a year. Applicants must have had appropiate experience in the operation op-eration o felectric tabulating or alphabetic tabulating machines.
