Show YGUNG COUPLE ! ENTERTAINED AT TEA Mrs. A. D. Weeks of this city presided at a tea at her home Friday in honor of her daughter, Mrs. Dean Bishoff, who with her husband recently returned from the Samoan Islnads. In the receiving line were Mrs. Weeks, Mrs. Bishoff and Miss Violet Vio-let Peterson. Miss Kalhryn Weeks and Miss Marporie Weeks received the gifts, and serving was done by little Misses Carol Weeks, Darlene Thomas and Texie Thornley, dressed dress-ed in native Samoan costumes, Meryl Elwood, Gladys Bell and Virginia Griffiths were at the serving table, while Mrs. Harry Covey and Mrs. Nathan Griffiths had charge of the display rooms. Articles brought by Mr. and Mrs. Bishoff from Samoa were on display and during the afternoon after-noon typical island music was played. About 200 guests called- |
