Show County Court. The county court convened ou tin 11th with all the members present. On motion the petition of Daniel Whitbeck of Sterling precinct was granted oh condition that he conveys to Sanpete connty a right of way for new road and place the same In good repair for public travel On motion the sum of P2S dollars was appropriated for the payment of the extension of water mains past county property. The following bills were allowed-Salt allowed-Salt Lake Lithographing company $13.50. Peter Graves Jr. superintendent superinten-dent of the district schools of Sanpete county was allowed tv2. 10 for services rendered for the quarter ending March 31, Christian Peterson for services as coustabie 13 dollars. The claim of the cleik of the district court for 40 dollars was referred to the prosecnting attorney. The claim $C7.25 of James Burns sheriff for caring for prisoners and cleaning the jail and court house was allowed. The petiiiou of John James and ether residents of Kayette was granted. The minutes of March 11 isyi were read and approved. Some business relative to roads near Moint Pleasant and Moroni were referred to selectmen Kemp and Nielson. The court then adjourned until 2 p.m. At the afternoon session the following follow-ing business was transacted. The claim of the district court for 40 dollars was allowed. The amount neccessary for the erec-tion erec-tion of post and pole on the north dug-way dug-way near Sterling was allowed. On motion tiie county clerk was authorized to have the road book rebonnd. The claim of $12.15 of Joseph Larson of Sterling precinct was allowed. The claim of T.J. Moiley justice of the peace of Moroni for $14.80 waa cut down to $11. 40 and allowed. The claim of M. V. Murry amounting to 50 dollars for printing and publishing publish-ing quarrantine regulations was pre sented and allowed. The attorney was instrncted to col led the amouut due fraai Guy C.
