Show Johnson Rroa. Johnson Bros. Dramatic Co., held the boards at Grier's hall, Wednesday and Thursday nights, and gave two very creditable performances. Wednesday they played ' The Flowing Bowl" to a rather small but very appreciative audience. aud-ience. The play itself is good and the acting tar above the average. Moss Johnson as Charlie Wllkins and Martin Moore was very good, and although suffering with a severe attack- of headache, head-ache, he acted his parts In a manner that pleased everybody. Fonz KIther as the boatman was excellent, bat as Poole rather tame, still very good S. D. Johnson as Major Fitzpatrick was Grst rate. Mies Eearns as Jessie was splendid and brought down the house L.T.Chase makes a first class negro. In fact all the company was good, but Mr. Kearns as Clifton Jerome and Miss Liter as Marion could bs improved. On Thursday night "Leah, the Forsaken For-saken was presented. It in a strong piece and was well portrayed. The whole company seemed better fitted for their parts than on the previous night. Miss Kearns as Leah was especinlly good, as was also Moae Johnson as Rudolph. Mr. L'lthsr held his own as usual, and seemed even better than in the "Flowing Bowl" The play did not seem very popular with the audience, but the acting took well.
