to the people of morgan city in traveling around to a number of towns in northern utah last week we find these communities cleaning up as never before seems everyone has caught the spirit of getting their yards their homes out buildings fences etc in first class condition lets not be outdone by our neighboring towns dont think if you rake up your front yard that you have finished the job what about that pile of ashes tin cans and other rubbish that has accumulated during the winter in the back yard perhaps you have unsightly trees that should be removed or others that should be trimmed some out buildings luil dings should either be torn down repaired or painted let everyone get behind this movement and see who can show the biggest improvement remember the week of april 13 15 to 20 inclusive there will be an 64 epidemic strike morgan which will be so violent and terrific that every yard front and back will show signs of having been visited by the clean up paint up fix up 19 campaign P F L parkinson mayor eeza eliza ulrich chairman of the beautification board
