| Show POPULAR MORGAN COUPLE MARRIED an important event of the spring season was the marriage of miss mildred johnson daughter of mr and mrs J J johnson Joh neon and joeph joeph W williams son ol of mr and mrs joseph williams jr took place monday at p m the ceremony was performed by G S heiner of the stake presidency the bride and bridegroom stood before the fireplace which was banked with spring flowers they were attended by miss faye williams and john C johnson the immediate families and a few close friends were in attendance the bride wore a powder blue dress with a corsage of orchids immediately following a wedding supper the couple left for a three weeks honeymoon trip to the northwest including vancouver 13 and down the coast to the san francisco exposition los angeles and boulder the brides going away outfit was of blue with black accessories prior to the wedding the couple was extensively entertained mrs J J johnson and daughter mrs gordon D lee of salt lake city entertained at a trousseau tea sunday at the johnson home in honor of the bride the home was beautifully decorated with a profusion of spring flowers the table was centered with a three tiered wedding eake cake and cream tapers in silver holders mrs charles griddle criddle of st anthony idaho and miss faye williams were in charge of the dining room assisted by mrs lester francis and miss eva rose about one hundred friends called between the hours ot of three and five saturday evening royal thackeray entertained at a dinner party at his home in croydon in honor of the bride and groom the invited guests were dr and mrs E M abbott bott mr and mrs L ater francis mr and M mrs rs virgil stew stewart r t mr and mrs W dale francis mr and mrs harold francis mr and mrs james carnes eddington mr and mrs charles griddle criddle mr and mrs gordon lee mr and mrs edward hatten sena senac tor and mrs alonzo I hopkin miss thelma jaques miss lamar criddle miss esther hopkin miss nida taggart miss vivian johnson miss faye williams bert robison harry robison joseph reese jr sam hopkin dee williams and the honored guests mr and mrs jay kingston were host and hostess at a dinner at their home in murray saturday evening honoring miss johnson johnon and mr williams covers were laid for mr and mrs hubert miss fays faye williams mr and mrs kingston and the guests of honor I 1 on friday evening miss faye williams and mrs josaph joseph williams jr entertained at a miscellaneous shower for miss johnson those who attended were mrs J J johnson miss effle effie johnson miss edna little miss thelma joques miss lenore miss esther hopkin miss til alberta herta williams miss lamar crid I 1 dle die miss vivian johnson mrs gordon lee mrs grant nielson mrs edward hatten mrs H T high mrs jay kingston mrs W dale francis mrs virgil stewart mrs solomen green mrs kenneth sommers mrs charles criddle mrs alonzo hopkin mrs lester francis mrs dale durrant mrs E M abbott mrs harold francis and the guest of honor mr and mrs gordon lee ente bained at dinner in honor of the bride and bridegroom others present were miss faye williams and royal thackeray |
