| Show concession committee to accept applications following are the rules governing the letting of concessions for the morgan music festival may 6 and 7 1 preference will be given to county wide organizations for con cessions sessions ces 2 the concessions committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids for concessions 3 the concessions committee reserves the right too to revoke all privileges granted concession ers when ever in the judgement jud gement of the committee it seems to the best interests of the festival to do so 4 all concession ers must sign application blanks and must agree to abide by the rules and regulations prescribed by the concessions committee 5 Concession ers must pay 25 per cent of their gross profit to the music festival committee to help pay expenses of the festival 6 such matters as sanitation fire ha hazzards ards accounting systems etc are subject to rigid inspection and fall call concession ers must meet the requirements quire ments set up by the concessions committee in such matters 7 applications must be signed and returned to miss chloe robison Ro faison morgan on or before april 15 1938 8 clarence rich morgan is to handle all finances for the committee 9 leroy bishop morgan is to assign sites tor for concessions 0 the concessions committee will act as a body in making all final decisions which may arise within the scope of the committees work 11 A meeting of applicants tor for concessions and of the concession committee will be held in tho the high school building room 10 april 18 1938 at 4 P M all persons interested in concessions should attend that meeting concessions committee CLARENCE RICH CHLOE ROBISON leroy BISHOP |
