| Show former morgan and coalville Co alville resident dies john clayton 78 73 of 1176 fourth east street salt lake died at a salt lake hospital late saturday night of pneumonia he waz was born bora in england and as a child crossed th the plains to utah with his mother in 1860 his father having died soon after the family reached american soll soil they went from salt sait lake to morgan morga n where mr clayton resided for more than thirty years thence to coalville Co alville where he resided twenty five years from coal ville he moved to salt lake where he has resided for the past seven years surviving are the following children mrs libbie mcafee of darlington idaho john H clayton ot of morgan joseph A clayton of provo mrs lillian bunner of salt lake city mrs lou wilde of garfield mrs luella hansen of denver mrs retta child and merlin clayton of salt lake and charles R clayton of los angeles two sisters mrs mary ann Rod aback of provo prove and mrs H B crouch of morgan funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at in the wandamere ward chapel salt lake city bishop A T shurtliff lff presiding interment was made in the city cemetery |
