B Cox was born in Manti Mant Manton on August 1 1879 a daughter daugh daugh- ter of George E. E and md Jane Horton Bench She attended school at the U US USA S A AC C and has been an active church and civic worker She has served as a class leader in the theM theM theMIA M MIA I A and was a member and then counselor on the Stake Primary board for 11 years She has been beena a class leader in Relief Society and was president of the North Ward Vard Relief Society for 5 years Mrs Cox is a a past president of the Manti Ladies Literary club and served as president of the Wool- Wool growers auxiliary She is a charter charter charter char char- ter member of the D U UP P in hi Manti The Coxes have been long life-long friends of Mr and Mrs Charles Shand who will observe their Golt Golden Gol Gol- t 4 den Wedding anniversary the same j d day Y The two couples were mar- mar lied vied on the same day and have celebrated their wedding anniversaries anniversaries s saries ries together whenever possible Mr and Mrs Cox expect all of their family members to be home for a family gathering on Saturday November 11 and are looking form forward forward for- for m ward to greeting their friends at their home on Sunday November 12 They request No presents please |
