Show BIRTHDAY PARTY Little Miss Shilren Atkin's birthday birth-day party, given at Hotel Atkin, on Friday afternoon, was surely a happy hap-py and charming event. About twenty-five little beautifully beautiful-ly dressed tots came in honor of Shir-len. Shir-len. Games were played in the loby, after which the little guests were all given a pretty paper cap and a toy-bird toy-bird on a stick which they waved and then all marched into the Kit-Kat for a grand march. They enjoyed dancing for about an hour, after which refreshments were served and as each one left the table, they pulled a pink satin ribbon that was suspended from a cut glass punch bowl to each plate and pulled out a bag of candy. The little ones 'all -enjoyed every minute and Baby Martha and Baby Moore were conspicuous with their smiles and cute ways. Littls Shir- len left for her home in California the next day. Misses Miss-es Helen Ruth and Alice Ward assisted assist-ed in entertaining. |
