Show FILMS OF EDUCATION" j More than 200.000 feet of moving picture films to be used by schools and other community organizations of the state, have just arrived at the Bureau of Visual insruction at the University of Utah. The purpose of the Bureau at the State University is to supply communities in all parts of Utah with the best possible educational edu-cational and recreational film programs. pro-grams. "We are at work now on the bulletin bul-letin on the distribution of film?, throughout the state," declared Miss Hazel B. Stevens, executive secretary of the Bureau of Visual Instruction. The bulletin will be given out next month at the Utah State afir. A building is now being constructed construc-ted at the state fair grounds in which free educational pictures will be shown under the direction of the University of Utah. Present plans are to give two free shows daily dur ing rair week. Information concerning concern-ing the service rendered by the Bureau Bu-reau of Visual Instruction at the University Uni-versity will be given out at the same time. Russell F. Egner, of Pittsburg, national na-tional authority on visual instruction has recently been placed in charge of film distribution at the University of Utah. . |
