To Whom It May Concern Notice is hereby given that the dtate of Utah has filed iu this office lists of lands, selected by the salu State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 10, 1S94, as Indemnity School lauds, viz: S 1-2, and NW 1-4, Section 2G, T. 30 South, Range 12 West, S. L. M. Serial 036S54. List 2265. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuous-, ly posted in this oilice for inspection by any person interested and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter '.u:l before final approval and certification certifi-cation under departmental regulations regula-tions of April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdi-visions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is move val uable for mineral than for agricultural agricul-tural purposes, will be received aim noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sui-ficient sui-ficient evidence of nonmineral character char-acter of the tracts and the select ious thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the state.
