Show NOTICE OF SALE . In the District Court of the United States, in and for the District ot Utah. Delta Land and Water Company, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Pedro Zozaya and Mary Zozaya, husband hus-band audi wife Justino Zozaya, a single man, Defendants. By virtue of a certain decree of foreclosure of sale to me as the duly appointed, qualified and acting sheriff sher-iff of Beaver county, Utah, and as special master, directed, issued out of the District court of the United States in and for the District of Utah, Ut-ah, on the 1st day of January, A. D., 1919, wherein the Delta Land and Water Company obtained a judgment and decree of foreclosure and order of sale against Pedro Zozaya and Mary Zozaya, husband and wife, and Justino Zozaya, a single man, for the sum of fifty-one hundred seventy-seven seventy-seven dollars and! 60-100 (?5,117.60) and commanded to sell at public auction auc-tion in the manner prescribed by law all that certain property described as follows, to-wlt: The North Half (N 1-2 of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1-4 of Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty-eight (28) South, Range Ten (10) West of Salt Lake Base and Meridian and Seventy-eight Seventy-eight (78) ahares of Class A capital stock of Beaver County Irrigation Company, represented by Certificate No. 233. ; Therefore, pursuant to said order, I shall sell by a public auction the above described properly as a whole, or so much thereof as may be necessary neces-sary to satisfy the aforesaid judg-! judg-! ment, interest and costs on the 17th day of July, A.
