Show OUT DOOR LIFE PICTURE SHOWN The film entitled "Out Door Lite in Utah," which was shown at the Victory theatre last Saturday evening, even-ing, was truly a wonderful picture. The show, which was free to all. was given under the auspices of the Beaver County Fish & Game club, and through the hearty cooperation of Clark Kesler of the Victory theatre. thea-tre. Mr. Kesler donated the use of the house and equipment, only charg ing for the lights and other overhead over-head expenses. The showing of this splendid picture pic-ture was instrumental in gaining for the club quite a number of new members, however, and also served to enlighten all those' attending on the work being accomplished1 by the state fish and game department and the clubs and other protective organizations or-ganizations throughout the state. The film showed in attractive and entertaining manner some of the important im-portant phases of the work of protection pro-tection and propogation of fish and game throughout the state with an incidental showing of many of Utah's Ut-ah's wonder spots in the way of scenery andl lakes, streams, roads and trails. It is the intention of the department to permit the showing of the picture throughout the east as a boost for Utah and our wonderful wonder-ful natural resources and advantages advan-tages and anyone who has seen the picture will agree that there could be nothing that would serve this purpose better. Harry Diehl, president of the game club made a few remarks regarding re-garding the picture and the objects of the club. ' He requestedl all who were interested in the wild life of Utah to become members of the club and assist in the protection and propogation pro-pogation of the game of the state. |
