Mr. Kesler has just completed a well for Roy Rogers, and another for Judge Marineaux, along the Lund road, four miles south of town. These two new irrigation wells mean more fields of alfalfa. H. L. Cook is sinking a pit for a well for Mr. Crookston, near the Cook ranch, and a well wiil be sunk there for irrigation. Mr. Oppenheimer, an alfalfa grower grow-er and dairy man of Delta; Utah, has purchased the east SO in the south half of section 31. This was also purchased pur-chased from the Rocky Ford Irrigation Irriga-tion company. Most of this laml is already in alfalfa, but he will put i a well and plant the bare spots and make other improvements this fall. This land has produced good seed since 1919. Walter Weber has purchased the SO acres just west of that purchased by Mr. Oppenheimer. He will make similar improvements to those made by Mr. Oppenheimer.
